THE OBJECT LESSONS® PROGRAM consists of inquiry-centered, interdisciplinary curricula for students in upper elementary and middle school and accompanying professional development experiences for teachers.

OBJECT LESSONS® KITS captivate students immediately with intriguing objects or artifacts, an appealing storyline, and a mystery to solve. Materials include collections of authentic natural objects and realistic replicas, artifacts, illustrated booklets, posters, hand lenses, journals, and a comprehensive teacher’s guide.

Each 6 - 8 week unit is standards-based and engages students on two closely intertwined levels: they learn significant content as well as the inquiry skills and processes needed to construct their knowledge.
